What is Presets Galore?
Presets Galore was launched in 2012 by Rachael Towne and quickly grew to become a popular destination to get free and premium Lightroom Presets, Photoshop Actions, Overlays, Graphics, etc.
Rachael grew the site while she was writing for a popular photography blog. She was commissioned to make a few sets of Lightroom presets for one of their projects. The process was very enjoyable and inspired her to create Presets Galore. Over 30,000 people have purchased the Lightroom presets since 2012.
The presets she made reflected her love of dramatic imagery and film. Each preset is tested on many photos and finely adjusted to give gorgeous results with a wide variety of images.

What is a Lightroom Preset?
A Lightroom Preset is a saved configuration of adjustments that can be applied to a photo with just one click. Presets are particularly useful for photographers who want to achieve a consistent look across their entire body of work.
When creating a preset, photographers can choose which adjustments to include and how much effect each adjustment has. For example, a photographer might create a preset that adds contrast and sharpness to an image while reducing highlights and shadows.

Overlays can also be used to change the color of an image, or to add a border. In addition, overlays can be combined with other effects, such as masks andblending modes, to create even more unique looks.

How to install Lightroom presets in the most recent version of Lightroom Classic CC (mid 2018 update .xmp files)
On a PC, go into Lightroom and click on Edit at the top (next to File), then click on Preferences. On a Mac, click on the Lightroom tab (to the left of File), then click on Preferences.
There will be a new screen that pulls up and there will be several tabs at the top, click on Presets (the second tab).
Click on the box titled, Show Lightroom Develop Presets.
Double click on Settings. Paste the folder from your download that holds the .xmp files into this folder.
You’re done. If Lightroom was open when you copied the presets, you will have to close it and restart it.
How to install Lightroom presets in past versions of Lightroom (pre 2018 CC, LR 4,5,6 .lrtemplate files)

Go to: Edit • Preferences • Presets
Click on the box titled: Show Lightroom Presets Folder
Double click on Lightroom
Double click on Develop Presets
Copy the folder(s) into Develop Presets
Restart Lightroom
Mac
Open Lightroom
Go to: Lightroom (upper left of screen)• Preferences • Presets
Click on the box titled: Show Lightroom Presets Folder

How to install mobile Lightroom presets
Download the zip file to a desktop computer and upload to cloud storage, such as Dropbox. Or, unzip on your phone with an app such as WinZip for Android or iZip for iPhone.
Import the DNG files into your Lightroom mobile app as you would any image.
Select the DNG image. Tap on the 3 dots icon in the upper right corner and choose “Create Preset”. Repeat for each DNG file.
The presets once installed, will sync with the desktop version of Lightroom CC if you also use it.
Which versions of Lightroom are compatible.
All of the mobile presets on Presets Galore are compatible with the mobile version of Adobe Lightroom. Compatible with phones and tablets running Android or IOS (iPhone, iPad, iPod Touch).
Desktop presets are compatible with Lightroom 4, 5, 6, 7, Lightroom Classic and Lightroom CC. Also compatible with Adobe Camera Raw.
What file types are compatible with the presets?
Compatible with both JPEG and RAW images.
Can I use Presets Galore products for commercial work?
Yes, you can use anything downloaded on this site (both free and premium) for personal and commercial work, with no attribution required, although it is always appreciated!

I am amazed due to the vintage film styles which were caught by you in the Lightroom settings. Your develop presets transformed ordinary pictures to 19th century styles. Regularly, when one creates a “vintage style”, only the tinting effect is taken into account. As a result, we see a modern picture with a changed color scheme. This is how the tinting engine of Topaz BW and Nik Silver Efex work. In contrast, the tonal and contrast scheme used in your “vintage film presets” (such as Daguerreotype, Opalotype and the others) provides a complete look which moves the photograph to a century ago. Something similar can be said about the other sets of Presets Galore. They are all truly develop presets composed of many settings which transform the source digital negative into the desired look. I have never seen such quality develop presets before among all that can be found on the internet (except Seim Effects which have the same level of high quality). I therefore strictly recommend Presets Galore to everyone, both beginners and professional photographers, who like to get an exact reproduction of the effects claimed in the titles of the presets. I’m finding several nice presets for any pictures I select. Sometimes I get surprised by a color of effect, like I’m really enjoying the Teal presets! Several of the B&W presets do wonderful things to an average picture! I would say the Chocolate Shadows always blows me away. I was very pleasantly surprised at the subtle color tones the tints gave to so many B&Ws. The gauze is such a beautiful glamour glow! no matter what kid of picture I threw at them, I always found several presets that I liked. Some are more clear, some dreamy, some more intense. I’ve used Presets Galore for some time now and was keen to start using the new Vintage Bundle.
