Jonathan Paragas

Jonathan Paragas, also known as KingJvpes, is a street photographer from the Bay Area who specializes in film photography and is focused on the artistry and technique behind it. His interest in photography began in high school, where he started with digital photography and mainly took pictures of his friends. Later, he discovered film photography after watching some videos and picking up a Minolta camera. He continued to take portraits but switched to film, and in 2016, he began to take his craft more seriously. Since then, street photography has become his passion, and he always carries his camera with him wherever he goes. Jonathan loves to capture spontaneous moments and turn them into stories. His educational content revolves around videos on film photography and anything related to photography. Initially, he created content as a resource for new film photographers to learn the craft. But now, he produces content up to three times a week, documenting his photography adventures, thrifting, and educational film photography videos.
