In 1996, Chris Attrell embarked on his photographic odyssey as an enthusiast capturing the beauty of landscapes and nature. However, in 2003, his focus shifted towards a more localized exploration of rural Alberta and Saskatchewan. He delved into these regions, passionately searching for remnants of the prairie's history: grain elevators, ghost towns, and forsaken structures that served as poignant symbols of the past.
